Intrepid Sales Co. is a business name of Goodman Enterprises, based in Oregon. This page covers this website. Work we do for clients is also covered by our promise and the agreement we sign.

What we collect

What you type into our forms. Your name, email, phone number, business name and address, and your answers to our questions.
What you send us. Photos, logos and other files for your website.
Basic technical details. When you submit a form we record the time, your IP address and the kind of browser you used. This helps us stop spam and abuse.

What stays on your own device

The build questionnaire saves your answers in your browser as you go, so you can leave and pick up where you stopped. That copy stays on your phone or computer until you clear your browser data.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site. If that changes, we will update this page first and give you a way to say no.

The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives a standard request from your browser when a page loads.

How we use it

To answer your question or quote and build what you asked for.
To contact you about your request, including one or two reminders if you start a build questionnaire and do not finish it.
To take payment and keep business records.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

AI tools

We use AI tools to help read requests, draft replies and build websites. A person reviews the result. Your information is not used to train a model or to build a product for anyone else. See our AI policy.

Who else handles it

We use outside companies to run the business, and they handle your information only to provide their service to us. They include our website and email host, our AI tool providers, and our payment processor. Card details are entered on the payment processor's own page. We never see or store your card number.

How long we keep it

We keep requests and client records for as long as we are working together and for as long afterwards as we need them for business and tax records. If you ask a question and never become a client, we delete your request on your say-so.

Your choices

Send us a message through our contact form and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it. You can also tell us to stop contacting you at any time.

Children

This site is for business owners. It is not meant for anyone under 18.
