About

Built by someone who has sold the work, not just talked about it.

Intrepid started as a consulting practice and came back as a full growth shop for trades companies: sales, Jobber, agents, staff, and websites, run by an operator who still sells every week.

The story

Noah Goodman

I have spent my career selling field services and building the systems that make the selling repeatable. Door to door, then to property managers, then to whole portfolios.

Along the way I built the vendor compliance packets, learned how management companies actually buy, priced the work per door, set up Jobber more times than I can count, and eventually built The Machine to do the property research that used to take a week of driving. Then I started running virtual assistants and AI agents to handle the follow-up nobody had time for.

Intrepid exists because most trades owners are great at the work and never had anyone show them the sales side. I have done it. I can teach it, train it, or run it for you.

What we believe

Four things we will not budge on

01

Recurring beats one-off

A company built on accounts is worth more, runs calmer, and survives a slow season. Everything we do points at recurring work.

02

Sales is a system, not a personality

Lists, cadence, scripts, follow-up, and a pipeline you can read. If it lives in one person’s head, it is not a system.

03

Software is only as good as the setup

Jobber, agents, and websites all fail the same way: half configured and nobody trained. We finish the setup.

04

Show the number

Owners respect a price and a plan. We give both on the first call and you keep them either way.

The logo

About the kraken

The Intrepid kraken was drawn by an artist years before anyone was generating logos with a prompt. It has been the mark of this company since the beginning. Same tentacles, same intent: get a grip on every part of the market and hold on.
