Jobber consulting

Jobber, set up by someone who sells with it.

Most Jobber accounts are half configured. Quotes go out without follow-up, the products list is a mess, techs skip the app, and nobody trusts the reports. We fix that in three stages, at flat prices, and only the parts you want. It starts with a few questions about your account and ten minutes on the phone with Noah. And if all you need is the step-by-step guide, that is free.

A few questions, then ten minutes with Noah

Tell us how you run Jobber today using the form below. It takes a few minutes and you can do it from the truck. Then Noah calls you for ten minutes to go over your needs, narrow down what you actually need, and work out how to move you forward.

Sometimes the answer is that you only need a step-by-step guide to build it to Noah's settings yourself. That guide is free. Sometimes it is the simple setup and a couple of add-ons done for you. Either way you leave the call knowing which, and knowing the price before any work starts.

What we will want to know
  • How you quote today, and roughly how many open quotes are sitting quiet right now
  • Whether follow-ups, reminders, on-my-way texts, and review requests are turned on
  • How your clients and properties are structured, especially any management company or commercial account
  • Whether your techs actually use the app, and what happens when they do not
  • How invoices go out, and how long they take to get paid
  • What frustrates you most, and what a win would look like in 90 days
Jobber setup, by the piece

Build what you need. Skip what you don't.

Three stages. Start with the simple setup at a flat $800, then add only what your business needs. Nearly everything is a flat price. A few items depend on the size of your account, and those are hourly at $200 with the typical range shown. Rather do it yourself? The step-by-step guide is free.

Access and security

You never send us a password

Setting up an account means touching sensitive things: your email, your taxes, your bank connection. We built the process so your passwords and banking details never leave your hands.

It is the same promise as the rest of this site. Read what we do with your information, and ask for the NDA before we start if you want it signed first.

How access works
  • You add us to your Jobber account as a team member with our own login. You can remove us with one click the day we finish.
  • Anything that needs your own login, such as connecting your email address, you do yourself on a short screen share while we walk you through it.
  • Bank and payment details are entered by you, on your screen. We never see them and never ask for them.
  • We never ask for a password by email, text, or phone. If anyone claiming to be us does, it is not us.
  • When the work is done, we tell you exactly what access to remove.
Why it matters

Your software is your sales process

A quote that never gets a follow-up is a job you already paid to earn and then gave away. Jobber can chase it for you, but only if someone sets it up and someone tests it.

We set up Jobber as the backbone of the sales system on our sales engagements, so we know which settings matter and which ones nobody uses. If you want agents doing the follow-up Jobber cannot, that is the agentic work.

Mistakes we fix in almost every account
  • Quotes sent with no automated follow-up
  • Products list with 200 items and no consistent pricing
  • Every building entered as its own client
  • Techs not using the app, so times and notes are missing
  • Review requests never turned on
  • Invoices going out days late because nobody closes jobs
How it goes

Interview, build, train, tune

  1. 01

    A few questions and a 10-minute call

Tell us how you run Jobber today. Then Noah calls you for ten minutes to go over your needs and narrow down what you actually need. If the free guide is all you need, we will tell you so.

  2. 02

    Build

Stage one first, then the add-ons you picked, built around your live schedule so the crew is never interrupted. Flat prices stay flat. The few hourly items are estimated before we start.

  3. 03

    Train

Office staff, dispatch, and techs. Short sessions, recorded, so the next hire watches the same thing.

  4. 04

    Tune

Thirty days after launch we review what got used, what got skipped, and fix the friction.

FAQ

Jobber questions

Straight answers. If yours is not here, ask us directly.

Can you fix a Jobber account that is already a mess?

Yes. Most of our Jobber work is cleanup. We rebuild the products and services list, merge duplicate clients, fix quote and invoice templates, and set up the automations that were never turned on.

Do you set up Jobber for multifamily and commercial accounts?

That is our specialty. Management companies with many properties need a specific structure so invoices, recurring visits, and reports come out the way the property manager expects. We set that up and document it for your team.

What does Jobber help cost?

The simple setup is one flat price, and add-ons are flat priced a la carte, so you only buy what you need. A few items depend on the size of your account, such as importing clients, and those are hourly at $200 with the typical range shown. Every price is on the Jobber page, and you know your total before any work starts.

Do I have to give you my passwords?

No. You add us to your Jobber account as a team member with our own login, and you can remove us with one click when we finish. Anything that needs your own login, such as connecting your email, you do yourself on a short screen share while we guide you. Bank and payment details are always entered by you. We never see them and never ask for them.

Can I set up Jobber myself?

Yes, and we will help you do it for free. The step-by-step setup guide on this site walks through every section in order, with an honest estimate of how long each takes a first-timer. Many owners do the easy sections themselves and hand off the ones that would eat a weekend.

How long does a Jobber implementation take?

A clean new setup takes one to two weeks. A cleanup of an active account with history takes two to four weeks because we work around your live schedule.

Do you train the techs?

Yes. A setup nobody uses is worthless. We train office staff and techs on the app, and we leave you with short recorded walkthroughs your next hire can watch.

Is this only for Jobber?

Jobber is what we implement. If you are on another platform and considering a switch, we will tell you honestly whether it is worth it for your business.
