How to use this

Do stage one first. Then only what applies.

Stage one is the foundation, and everyone needs all of it. Stages two and three are a menu. If you only do residential work, the multifamily and recurring sections are not for you yet.

The times are for a first-timer working carefully. Inside each stage, go in order. Your settings have to be right before your templates mean anything, and your templates have to be right before follow-ups are worth turning on.
